2. Services
Finishing by Franco provides cabinetry finishing, refinishing, installation, and related services. All service details, including scope, timeline, and costs, will be outlined in a written proposal or contract.

3. Estimates & Payments

  • All estimates are provided in good faith but are subject to change based on material costs, project scope, and unforeseen conditions.

  • A deposit may be required before work begins. Payment schedules will be outlined in the project contract.

  • Full payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Late payments may incur fees.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must ensure that work areas are accessible and free from obstructions before the project starts.

  • Any changes to the agreed-upon scope must be requested in writing and may affect project costs and timelines.

5. Warranty & Liability

  • We guarantee our workmanship for a specified period, as outlined in the contract. Warranty claims apply to defects in craftsmanship, not normal wear and tear or misuse.

  • Finishing by Franco is not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing conditions, structural issues, or third-party modifications.

  • Liability is limited to the cost of services rendered.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Any designs, plans, or concepts created by Finishing by Franco remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon.

7. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in the State of Florida.

8. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
